Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or playing BasketballDuo ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Game. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14643275).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to play the Game. Claiming a player through the Tyga Games game center checks your date of birth, and it is not available to anyone under 18, with or without the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. The Service

BasketballDuo is an online basketball game played in your web browser. You play one against one, against other players and against members of the Tyga Games network ("tygazens"), for a place on the world ranking. When a tygazen is not playing live, their darts are thrown by our game engine at their rating, through the same throw rules as yours. Every dart is decided by our server. We may modify, update, add or remove games and features, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game.

4. Accounts & Progress

You may play as a guest. A guest's rating is held on that device and is not on the world ranking. To put your rating on the world ranking you claim a player, through the Tyga Games game center or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account, and you must tell us at once of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms without notice.

5. No Purchases, No Gambling

The Game has no purchases and no virtual currency today. No real money is wagered, won or paid out, and nothing in the Game can be cashed out. If we add purchases, these Terms will be updated before they go live.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to: use cheats, bots, scripts, automation tools or exploits; send shots that were not made by your own hand; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game; tamper with ratings, results or the world ranking; or use the Game for any illegal purpose. You must report bugs and exploits rather than abuse them. Breaking these rules may lead to loss of rating, removal from the world ranking, suspension, or a permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

7. The World Ranking

Ratings move after every rated match. We may reset, adjust, or remove ranking entries and results where we detect cheating, abandoned matches, or technical error. Matches in progress when our servers restart may end unscored.

8. Intellectual Property

All Game content, including code, artwork, 3D models, sound, characters, character designs and names, logos, user interface elements and written text, is the exclusive property of Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Game content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited uses. Without our prior written consent you may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Game, scrape or extract its content or data, or use any part of the Game, including its art, characters or match records, to train or develop machine learning or generative systems.

9. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services, including the Tyga Games game center for player sign-up and pixel faces, real-time messaging for live matches, email delivery, and cloud hosting. We are not liable for failures, outages, or issues caused by third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed GBP 100. We shall not be liable for loss of rating, ranking or game progress, interruptions to service, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. On termination your licence to use the Game ends immediately. Data is kept for 30 days to allow account recovery, then permanently deleted, except where the law requires us to keep it.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@tyga.cloud and allow 30 days for informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Game. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with them, you must stop using the Game.
